Baianningseng, Chuanwu (processed), Caohu (processed), Diling, Frankincense (processed), Myrrh (processed).

Dispel wind and cold, eliminate phlegm and dampness, and promote blood circulation to relieve pain. It is used for rheumatic disorders caused by the obstruction of wind, cold and dampness, as well as the blockage of meridians by phlegm and blood stasis. The symptoms include pain in the joints and limbs, either cold, stabbing, or severe at night, limited joint movement, numbness and stiffness.

Take it with yellow wine or warm water. Take one pill at a time, twice a day.
