Miconazole Nitrate Cream
Ingredients:
This product contains 0.02 grams of the main component niconazole nitrate per gram. The excipients are: glyceryl stearate and polyethylene glycol 100 stearate, polyethylene glycol 4000, polysorbate 80, carbomer, disodium edetate, triethanolamine, sodium hydroxide, dibutyl hydroxytoluene, benzoic acid, dimethyl sulfoxide, propylene glycol.
Indications for Use:
1. Skin and nail infections caused by dermatophytes, yeasts and other fungi, such as tinea corporis, tinea manus and pedis, pityriasis versicolor, tinea capitis, tinea cruris, onychomycosis; candidiasis of the skin and nails; angular stomatitis, otitis externa. Since this product has antibacterial effects against Gram-positive bacteria, it can be used for secondary infections caused by such bacteria. 2. Vaginal infections and secondary infections caused by yeasts (such as Candida) and Gram-positive bacteria.
Usage and Dosage:
1. Skin infection, external use. Apply the medicine to the cleaned affected area once in the morning and once in the evening. Continue using the medicine for 10 days after the symptoms disappear (usually it takes 2 to 5 weeks). This is to prevent recurrence. 2. Nail infection. Try to cut off the infected nails completely. Apply this medicine to the affected area once a day. When the infected nails become loose (about 2 to 3 weeks later), continue using the medicine until the new nails start to grow. Generally, it takes about 7 months to see the effect. 3. Candida vaginitis. Before going to bed every day, use the applicator to squeeze the ointment (about 5 grams) into the deep part of the vagina. Must be used continuously for 2 weeks. It can also be used during menstruation. It is still effective if there is a recurrence after the second time.
