The symptoms include pain in the joints and limbs, either cold, stabbing, or severe at night, limited joint movement, numbness and stiffness.

Shexiang Zhuifeng Zhitong Paste

Relieves wind and dampness, dispels cold and relieves pain. It is used for joint and muscle pain caused by cold and dampness obstruction, as well as pain from sprains.

Duhuo Jisheng Mixture

Tonifies blood and relaxes muscles, dispels wind and removes dampness, and nourishes the liver and kidneys. It is used for rheumatic disorders caused by wind-cold-dampness obstruction, liver and kidney deficiency, and insufficiency of qi and blood. The symptoms include cold pain in the waist and knees and limited movement.
